瀝青砼路面的改色施工工藝

新鋪筑的瀝青路面未經(jīng)過(guò)車輛輪胎的彈性揉搓，瀝青混合料中的瀝青不能充分的泛油，路面空隙較大。改色劑噴涂施工時(shí)會(huì)滲透到空隙與游離的瀝青產(chǎn)生少許反應(yīng)。所以用瀝青改色保護(hù)劑給新舊瀝青路改色時(shí)需要了解施工注意事項(xiàng)再施工。
The newly paved asphalt pavement has not been elastically rubbed by vehicle tires, and the asphalt in the asphalt mixture cannot be fully flashed, so the pavement gap is large. During spraying, the color modifier will penetrate into the gap and react with the free asphalt. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the construction precautions before using asphalt color changing protective agent to change the color of old and new asphalt roads.
1、新鋪筑的濟(jì)南瀝青砼瀝青面層盡量是開放交通1周后再進(jìn)行改色施工。如果工期緊張，必須在新鋪筑路面的后2天。

2、在天氣晴好的條件下，用輪胎壓路機(jī)多次碾壓，輪胎反復(fù)揉搓新鋪筑瀝青路面，改善瀝青泛油條件，再進(jìn)行改色施工。

3、如噴涂過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)路面發(fā)黃的情況，需調(diào)高噴槍嘴與路面距離或噴涂機(jī)壓力調(diào)整為6MPa，并且噴涂時(shí)噴嘴與路面成45度夾角（此方法旨在減輕改色劑對(duì)瀝青路面顆粒的滲透度，避免改色劑完全包裹碎石顆粒，導(dǎo)致顆粒表面無(wú)包裹油膜而脫落）。
3. If the road surface turns yellow during spraying, it is necessary to increase the distance between the spray gun nozzle and the road surface or adjust the pressure of the spraying machine to 6Mpa, and the nozzle forms an included angle of 45 degrees with the road surface during spraying (this method aims to reduce the permeability of the color modifier to the asphalt pavement particles and avoid the color modifier completely wrapping the gravel particles, resulting in the particles falling off without wrapping the oil film on the surface).
瀝青砼路面比普通路面多了些優(yōu)勢(shì)：
Asphalt concrete pavement has more advantages than ordinary pavement:
1、厚度較?。汉穸确浅５谋?，因此不會(huì)影響隧道等路面的通行凈高度，并且重量也比較輕，不會(huì)增加橋梁、路面基礎(chǔ)的負(fù)擔(dān)。
1. Thin thickness: the thickness is very thin, so it will not affect the net traffic height of roads such as tunnels, and the weight is relatively light, which will not increase the burden of bridges and pavement foundations.
2、防滑性能更好：彩色瀝青路面采用的集料是一種人工合成的材料，具有非常高的磨光值，通過(guò)粘結(jié)劑將集料在既有路面上，可以顯著增加路面的干燥和雨天抗滑性能。

The dry and rain anti-skid performance of the pavement can be significantly increased by applying the aggregate to the existing pavement through the binder.
3、粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度高：彩色瀝青路面所采用的粘結(jié)劑屬于有機(jī)、無(wú)機(jī)結(jié)合性材料，對(duì)于各種材料，瀝青砼、水泥砼、鋼鐵、木材等具有很強(qiáng)的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度，而且適用范圍寬。
3. High bonding strength: the binder used for color asphalt pavement belongs to organic and inorganic binding materials. It has strong bonding strength for various materials, such as asphalt concrete, cement concrete, steel, wood, etc., and has a wide range of applications.
4、顏色豐富，多選擇：目前彩色瀝青路面采用的顏料有：紅、黃、棕、橙、綠色等等，可自由選擇；而且色彩艷麗持久，改變了原來(lái)傳統(tǒng)路面的面貌，即使集料被磨損也不會(huì)褪色。

Rich colors and multiple choices: at present, the pigments used for color asphalt pavement include red, yellow, brown, orange, green, etc., which can be freely selected; Moreover, the color is bright and lasting, changing the appearance of the original traditional pavement. Even if the aggregate is worn, it will not fade.
5、施工方便，固化迅速：濟(jì)南瀝青砼在施工過(guò)程中，斷交時(shí)間比較短，有利于在城市里比較繁忙的路段施工或進(jìn)行的搶修工程?？稍诔丨h(huán)境下使用，較利于環(huán)境的保護(hù)，不需要大型機(jī)械設(shè)備，可在狹小區(qū)域施工。
5. Convenient construction and rapid solidification: Jinan asphalt concrete has a short time of disconnection during construction, which is conducive to construction in busy sections of the city or rush repair works.
