（1）根據(jù)配料單進(jìn)料和拌制，嚴(yán)格控制各種礦料和瀝青用量。（2）控制各種材料和瀝青混合料的加熱溫度。（3）拌和后的瀝青混合料均勻一致，無(wú)花白、無(wú)粗細(xì)料分離和結(jié)團(tuán)成塊等現(xiàn)象。（4）每班抽樣做瀝青混合料性能、礦料級(jí)配組成和瀝青用量試驗(yàn)。（5）每班拌和結(jié)束時(shí)，清潔拌和設(shè)備，放空管道中的瀝青。作好各項(xiàng)檢查記錄，不符合規(guī)定技術(shù)要求的瀝青混合料應(yīng)禁止出廠(chǎng)（場(chǎng)）。
