對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)工程瀝青作業(yè)要注意安全事項(xiàng)

工作前應(yīng)將灑布機(jī)車輪固定，檢查高壓膠管與噴油管聯(lián)接是否牢固，油嘴和節(jié)門是否暢通，機(jī)件有無損壞。檢查確認(rèn)完好后，將噴油管預(yù)熱，安裝噴頭，經(jīng)過在油箱內(nèi)試噴后，才可以正式噴灑。

滿載瀝青的灑布車在路作中應(yīng)中速行駛。如果遇到彎道，下坡時(shí)應(yīng)該提前減速，盡量避免緊急剎車。行駛時(shí)嚴(yán)禁使用加熱系統(tǒng)。
The distributor truck loaded with asphalt shall drive at a medium speed during road operation. If you encounter a curve, you should slow down in advance when going downhill and try to avoid emergency braking. Do not use the heating system when driving.

噴灑瀝青時(shí)，手柄的噴油管部分應(yīng)加纏舊麻袋或石棉繩等隔熱材料。操作時(shí)，噴頭嚴(yán)禁向上。噴頭附近不得站人，不得逆風(fēng)操作。
When spraying asphalt, the fuel injection pipe part of the handle should be wrapped with old gunny bags or asbestos ropes and other heat insulation materials. During operation, the nozzle shall not be upward. No one is allowed to stand near the nozzle or operate against the wind.
4、濟(jì)南瀝青料攤鋪機(jī)應(yīng)遵守哪些規(guī)定?

(1)駕駛臺(tái)及作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要視野開闊，清除一切有礙工作的障礙物。作業(yè)時(shí)無關(guān)人員不得在駕駛臺(tái)上逗留。駕駛員不得擅自離位。
(1) The bridge and the operation site should have a wide view and remove all obstacles that hinder the work. Irrelevant personnel shall not stay on the bridge during operation. The driver shall not leave the position without authorization.
(2)運(yùn)料車向攤鋪機(jī)卸料時(shí)，應(yīng)協(xié)調(diào)動(dòng)作，同步行進(jìn)，防止互撞。

(3)換擋須在攤鋪機(jī)完全停止進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁強(qiáng)行掛擋和在坡道上換擋或空擋滑行。

(4)熨行板預(yù)熱時(shí)，應(yīng)控制熱量，防止因局部過熱而變形。加熱過程中，須有專人看管。
