（1）瀝青混合料從貯料罐向運(yùn)輸車(chē)?yán)镙斔蜁r(shí)，由于高度原因，大骨料滾落在車(chē)廂附近，形成粗集料一次集中。

（1）瀝青碎石粗集料一旦形成集中，在碾壓過(guò)程中，集料非常容易被壓碎，骨料表面積增大，改變了原設(shè)計(jì)的路面配合比，油料偏少，造成集料碾壓成型后松散，破壞路面結(jié)構(gòu)，影響路面強(qiáng)度、行車(chē)安全和行車(chē)效果以及道路使用壽命。

（1）從運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛方面來(lái)解決

從拌和機(jī)貯料罐向運(yùn)料車(chē)上卸料時(shí)，分三層放料，即每卸一斗混合料，汽車(chē)挪動(dòng)一個(gè)位置。等一層放完后，再逐次進(jìn)行二、三層放料，從而減少粗集料的集中。
