裝載機(jī)租賃的七點(diǎn)操作步驟

1、將車倒到佳裝載位置
1. Reverse the vehicle to a good loading position
裝載機(jī)裝車之前,注意觀察將翻斗車倒到工作區(qū)的佳位置,這樣既能節(jié)省時(shí)間,也能提高效率，

2、裝車前先想好裝車順序

裝載機(jī)裝載前應(yīng)先想好裝載順序,盡量都靠近車廂前面,因?yàn)檫@樣裝起來快封頂?shù)臅r(shí)候不會(huì)說前面少了半鏟，

3、把組合動(dòng)作配合好
3. Match the combined movements well
(1)鏟入:行走(前沖)、放大臂、放平斗同時(shí)做,即走到料堆前時(shí),你的鏟斗也應(yīng)正好放到位,可以借著沖勁鏟入，
(1) Shovel in: walk (forward thrust), enlarge the arm, and level the bucket at the same time, that is, when you reach the pile, your bucket should also be in place, which can be shoveled in with momentum,
(2)翻斗、提臂和倒車同時(shí)做,邊倒車邊緩慢提大臂、擺正鏟斗,倒正換前進(jìn)檔后,繼續(xù)邊走邊提大臂，
(2) The tipping bucket, arm lifting and reversing shall be carried out at the same time. While reversing, slowly lift the boom and straighten the bucket. After reversing and changing the forward gear, continue to lift the boom while walking,
(3)卸料:走到離車箱不遠(yuǎn)時(shí)就要開始翻斗卸料,不用擔(dān)心物料倒出來,因?yàn)閯?dòng)作如果足夠快的話,物料會(huì)由于慣性的作用遲滯一下才會(huì)開始滑落,不會(huì)立馬下來的，
(3) Unloading: When you are not far away from the car body, you should start dumping with the tipping bucket. Don't worry about the materials pouring out, because if you move fast enough, the materials will start to slide due to the inertia effect, and won't come down immediately,
(4)待鏟斗達(dá)到車廂邊緣內(nèi)后,在繼續(xù)翻斗的同時(shí),還要同時(shí)降一些大臂,到合適的位置后,使鏟斗正好翻到位,也停止降大臂,同時(shí)再點(diǎn)一下剎車,物料會(huì)因慣性的沖勁迅速滑落的,總之不要停頓一秒的時(shí)間，
(4) When the bucket reaches the edge of the carriage, while continuing to turn the bucket, lower some booms at the same time. When the bucket reaches the proper position, make the bucket just turn to the right place, and stop lowering the boom. At the same time, press the brake again. The materials will slide rapidly due to the momentum of inertia. In short, do not stop for a second,
4、掌握好裝車時(shí)間差
4. Master the loading time difference
鏟料時(shí),右手要勤快,當(dāng)車子阻力大了不動(dòng)時(shí),要多操縱動(dòng)臂搖臂,不要阻力一大就猛加油門,那樣既浪費(fèi)燃油又傷車,還不能提高工作效率，

Don't suddenly increase the accelerator when the resistance is too high. That will not only waste fuel and hurt the car, but also can't improve work efficiency,
5、每鏟均勻往車廂里倒

不管車子多大,車廂總是方的,四周是有圍擋的,而沙石是散的,你只往中間倒,肯定倒成一座小山",那不就中間冒尖,四面不滿嘛,所以你要控制每鏟的位置,相對均勻的往車廂里倒，

6、快滿時(shí)將高出部分推平

快滿了的時(shí)候可將物料慢慢的推過去,盡量使物料推到較少的一邊,因?yàn)閷?shí)際裝載時(shí),裝載機(jī)升不到那么高，如果還差一鏟就裝后面,因?yàn)槟阋淮涡郧懊嫜b的太滿了封頂?shù)臅r(shí)候會(huì)很不方便，
When it is almost full, you can push the materials slowly to the side with less materials as far as possible, because the loader can not rise so high during actual loading. If you need a shovel, you can load it at the back, because it will be inconvenient to pack the front too full at one time,
7、封頂時(shí)前后各裝一鏟
7. When capping, install a shovel at the front and back respectively
倒車的時(shí)候可以用眼睛瞄一下車廂地下是不是掉料了，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)裝的可以封頂時(shí),可以采取前后分別裝載一鏟,進(jìn)行封頂,封頂時(shí)不要裝得太高以免產(chǎn)生崩塌，
