①加熱溫度（熨平板地板溫度120度為宜）；
① Heating temperature (the temperature of screed floor should be 120 ℃);
②熨平板的平整度（底板連接不平整，底板表面不平整）；
② Flatness of screed (uneven connection of base plate and uneven surface of base plate);
③夯錘的速度（夯錘速度過(guò)低，出現(xiàn)坑洞；過(guò)高，表面起臺(tái)）；
③ The speed of the rammer (if the rammer speed is too low, holes will appear; if it is too high, the surface will rise);
④行走速度過(guò)快，有離析；
④ The walking speed is too fast and there is segregation;
⑤螺旋高度不合適，有離析；
⑤ Improper spiral height and segregation;
⑥找平裝置安裝不正確（裝反、超出感應(yīng)范圍等），起波浪；
⑥ The leveling device is installed incorrectly (installed reversely, out of the sensing range, etc.), causing waves;
⑦路基不平整，參照物不準(zhǔn)確，攤鋪厚度不一致，造成路面發(fā)白，碾壓時(shí)產(chǎn)生推移。料溫過(guò)低，也會(huì)造成攤鋪面離析和開(kāi)裂。
⑦ The subgrade is not smooth, the reference is not accurate, and the paving thickness is inconsistent, which causes the pavement to be white, and the rolling will cause displacement. If the material temperature is too low, it will also cause segregation and cracking of the paving surface.
應(yīng)對(duì)辦法：
Countermeasures:
作業(yè)前檢查熨平板底板是否平整，底板是否粘連雜物，及時(shí)清理和調(diào)整；
Before operation, check whether the screed bottom plate is flat and whether there are sundries stuck on the bottom plate, and clean and adjust it in time;
在加熱溫度達(dá)到要求后，再進(jìn)行攤鋪工作；
Paving shall be carried out after the heating temperature reaches the requirements;
在料斗、刮板倉(cāng)、螺旋處噴灑柴油，防止產(chǎn)生油斑；
Spray diesel oil at hopper, scraper bin and screw to prevent oil stain;
正確設(shè)定夯錘與攤鋪速度，螺旋的高度以高過(guò)攤鋪面的兩倍高度為宜；
The tamping hammer and paving speed shall be set correctly, and the screw height shall be twice higher than the paving surface;
正確安裝找平儀（或平衡梁探頭高度與連線的位置）；
Correctly install the leveling instrument (or the position of the balance beam probe height and connecting line);
時(shí)刻注意觀察參照物是否準(zhǔn)確；
Always observe whether the reference object is accurate;
當(dāng)路基平整度落差過(guò)大時(shí)，應(yīng)提前墊料處理。
When the drop of subgrade flatness is too large, padding treatment shall be carried out in advance.
