問題一：攤鋪機(jī)如何快速拼裝
Problem 1: How to quickly assemble the paver
攤鋪機(jī)拼裝一直是影響攤鋪的首要問題，拼裝快慢與質(zhì)量一直是考驗(yàn)機(jī)手的一道難題。需要挑準(zhǔn)組裝配件，連接端頭也要清理干凈。組裝原則：先里后外，先大后?。聪冉M裝里面的配件，后裝外面的配件，先裝大的配件，再裝小的配件，左右對稱）。拼裝前，先把左右兩邊配件分好，擺放在相應(yīng)位置，而且需要做好標(biāo)記，為后面拼裝打好基礎(chǔ)。這樣就可以快速的進(jìn)行組裝調(diào)試了。

問題二：拼裝寬度應(yīng)比作業(yè)面窄多少合適

拼裝寬度應(yīng)比作業(yè)面窄15-30cm為宜。因?yàn)椋O(shè)備過寬易導(dǎo)致設(shè)備開偏撞到路沿石；過窄易導(dǎo)致攤鋪的兩端沒有夯實(shí)，與熨平板夯實(shí)的作業(yè)面出現(xiàn)效果差。
The assembly width should be 15-30cm narrower than the working face. Because the equipment is too wide, it is easy to cause the equipment to deflect and hit the curb; Too narrow will easily lead to no compaction at both ends of the paving, which is less effective than the working surface compacted by the screed.
問題三：無液壓油輸出，系統(tǒng)不工作
Problem 3: No hydraulic oil output, the system does not work
檢查液壓泵是否旋轉(zhuǎn)；油箱油液是否足夠；吸油濾油器和管路是否堵塞。檢查吸油濾油器真空表，壓力在25kPa時更換濾油器；在壓力回路上測壓力，如壓力很小，檢查更換溢流閥。泵不排油，更換泵或管路；壓力波動，排除吸人管進(jìn)氣現(xiàn)象。
Check whether the hydraulic pump rotates; Whether the oil in the oil tank is sufficient; Check whether the oil suction filter and pipeline are blocked. Check the vacuum gauge of the oil suction filter, and replace the oil filter when the pressure is 25kPa; Measure the pressure on the pressure circuit. If the pump does not discharge oil, replace the pump or pipeline; The pressure fluctuation can eliminate the phenomenon of air intake in the suction pipe.
問題四：油溫過高
Problem 4: The oil temperature is too high
檢查油箱內(nèi)油量；濾油器濾芯污染情況；泵和馬達(dá)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)。補(bǔ)充加油；更換濾油器濾芯；檢查溢流閥工作情況，視情況對其進(jìn)行更換；更換泵和馬達(dá)已損部件。

問題五：噪聲大

檢查油箱中的油是否有氣泡產(chǎn)生；管路固定處是否松動；泵和馬達(dá)工作狀態(tài)。油不足補(bǔ)充加油；加固松動連接處防止共振；元件損壞應(yīng)及時更換；排除液壓回路中的氣體。
