市政工程道路瀝青砼面層的施工事項

為了保證濟(jì)南瀝青砼施工溫度要求，在原料和施工過程，除了原料的溫度控制，尤其注意覆蓋保溫、及時、緊跟、控制作業(yè)段長度等要求。下面來詳細(xì)講解下

（一）瀝青混合料的拌制
（1） Mixing of asphalt mixture
1、配合比設(shè)計：馬歇爾試驗配合比設(shè)計法。宜優(yōu)先采用A級瀝青，不宜使用煤瀝青。
1. Mix design: Marshall test mix design method. Grade A asphalt should be preferred rather than coal tar asphalt.
2、拌合機(jī)械：瀝青混合料可采用間歇式拌和機(jī)或連續(xù)式拌和機(jī)拌制。間歇式拌和機(jī)在每盤拌合時，都計量混合料各種材料的質(zhì)量；而連續(xù)式拌和機(jī)是在計量各種材料之后，連續(xù)不斷地送進(jìn)拌合器中拌合。
2. Mixing machinery: asphalt mixture can be mixed by intermittent mixer or continuous mixer. The batch mixer measures the quality of various materials of the mixture when mixing each plate; The continuous mixer is continuously sent into the mixer for mixing after measuring various materials.
3、瀝青混合料拌合

（1）瀝青加熱溫度，混合料出料溫度、廢棄溫度等，不同標(biāo)號的瀝青要求不同，無需記憶。
(1) Asphalt heating temperature, mixture discharge temperature, waste temperature, etc., different grades of asphalt have different requirements and need not be remembered.
（2）混合料儲料過程中溫度降不高于10℃。
(2) The temperature drop during the storage of the mixture shall not be higher than 10 ℃.
（3）貯存時間不得超過72h。

（二）鋪筑試驗段
（2） Paving test section
1、試驗段長度：一般為100ｍ～200m。

2、試驗段目的：

（1）檢驗各種施工機(jī)械的類型、數(shù)量及組合方式是否匹配。

（2）確定透層油的噴灑方式和效果。

（3）驗證瀝青混合料配合比設(shè)計是否合適，提出生產(chǎn)用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配合比和佳瀝青用量。
(3) Verify whether the mix proportion design of asphalt mixture is appropriate, and propose the standard mix proportion and optimal asphalt dosage for production.
（4）確定松鋪系數(shù)。
(4) Determine the coefficient of loose paving.
（5）確定攤鋪、壓實(shí)工藝及作業(yè)方式等。
(5) Determine the paving and compaction process and operation mode.
（6）確定壓實(shí)度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢測方法。
(6) Standard test method for determining compactness.
（7）檢測試驗段的滲水系數(shù)。
(7) Check the permeability coefficient of the test section.
3、試驗段鋪筑應(yīng)由建設(shè)單位、設(shè)計單位、施工單位、監(jiān)理單位等有關(guān)各方共同參加，及時商定有關(guān)事項，明確試驗結(jié)論。鋪筑結(jié)束后，施工單位應(yīng)就各項試驗內(nèi)容提出完整的試驗路施工、檢測報告，取得業(yè)主或監(jiān)理批復(fù)后，方可正式鋪筑。

（三）基層的準(zhǔn)備與放樣

1、施工前應(yīng)檢查基層的施工質(zhì)量，主要檢查項目：厚度、壓實(shí)度、平整度、路拱等項目。
1. Before construction, the construction quality of the base course shall be checked, mainly including thickness, compactness, flatness, road camber and other items.
2、在基層表面噴灑透層油（瀝青穩(wěn)定碎石基層除外，它用的是粘層油，另外，在舊水泥混凝土路面和舊瀝青砼路面加鋪瀝青混合料時，也用的是粘層油），在透層油完全滲入基層后方可及時鋪筑面層。一般在面層鋪筑前4～8小時鋪筑，目的是使面層和基層比較好地粘結(jié)在一起，形成整體。

In addition, when the asphalt mixture is paved on the old cement concrete pavement and the old asphalt concrete pavement, the tack coat oil is also used). 施工中應(yīng)根據(jù)基層類型選擇滲透性好的液體瀝青、乳化瀝青做透層油。瀝青路面透油層材料的規(guī)格、用量和撤布養(yǎng)護(hù)應(yīng)符合《城鎮(zhèn)道路施工與驗收規(guī)范》CJJ1的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
During construction, liquid asphalt and emulsified asphalt with good permeability shall be selected as prime coat oil according to the type of base course. The specification, dosage and removal and maintenance of asphalt pavement prime coat materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Urban Roads CJJ1.
4、符合下列情況之一時，必須噴灑粘層油（目的是加強(qiáng)粘結(jié)）

（1）雙層式或多層式熱拌熱鋪瀝青混合料面層之間應(yīng)噴灑粘層油，加強(qiáng)瀝青層與瀝青層之間的粘結(jié)。
(1) The tack coat oil shall be sprayed between the surface layers of the double-layer or multi-layer hot mix asphalt mixture to strengthen the bonding between the asphalt layer and the asphalt layer.
（2）水泥混凝土路面或舊瀝青路面層上加鋪瀝青層，加強(qiáng)瀝青層與舊路面之間的粘結(jié)。
(2) The cement concrete pavement or the old asphalt pavement shall be paved with an asphalt layer to strengthen the bond between the asphalt layer and the old pavement.
（3）既有結(jié)構(gòu)、路緣石和檢查井等構(gòu)筑物與瀝青混合料層連接面噴灑粘層油，加強(qiáng)瀝青砼與既有結(jié)構(gòu)物之間的粘結(jié)。
(3) The connecting surface of existing structures, curbs, inspection wells and other structures and asphalt mixture layer shall be sprayed with tack coat oil to strengthen the bonding between asphalt concrete and existing structures.
5、粘層油材料選擇：

宜采用快裂或中裂乳化瀝青、改性乳化瀝青，也可采用快凝或中凝液體石油作粘層油。粘層油材料的規(guī)格、用量和灑布養(yǎng)護(hù)應(yīng)符合《城鎮(zhèn)道路施工與驗收規(guī)范》CJJ1的有關(guān)規(guī)定。
Quick-cracking or medium-cracking emulsified asphalt, modified emulsified asphalt, and quick-setting or medium-setting liquid petroleum can also be used as tack coat oil. The specification, dosage, distribution and maintenance of the tack coat oil material shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Code for Construction and Acceptance of Urban Roads CJJ1.
6、在準(zhǔn)備好的基層上測量放樣，設(shè)置樣樁，標(biāo)出混合料松鋪厚度，采用自動調(diào)平攤鋪機(jī)攤鋪時，還應(yīng)放出引導(dǎo)攤鋪機(jī)運(yùn)行走向和高程的控制基準(zhǔn)線。
6. Measure and set out on the prepared base course, set sample piles, mark the loose paving thickness of the mixture, and set out the control datum line to guide the running direction and elevation of the paver when paving with the automatic leveling paver.
