壓路機發(fā)動機上的增壓器如何安全使用？

為什么增壓器是壓路機發(fā)動機上容易出故障的總成？因為增壓器的額定工作轉(zhuǎn)速在每分鐘13萬轉(zhuǎn)以上，且處于排氣歧管出口處，溫度非常高（800℃以上），進、排氣壓力也較大，即高溫、高壓、高轉(zhuǎn)速，所以對增壓器的潤滑和冷卻及密封的要求比較高。為了保證增壓器的使用壽命，在設(shè)計上要保證對增壓器浮動軸承的潤滑和冷卻，同時濟南壓路機租賃人員認為，在使用中要求做到：

①發(fā)動機起動后應(yīng)怠速運轉(zhuǎn)3-5分鐘，不要立即加負荷，以保證增壓器的良好潤滑。主要原因是增壓器位于發(fā)動機的頂部，如果發(fā)動機起動后增壓器立即開始高速運轉(zhuǎn)，就會導(dǎo)致機油壓力未能及時升高給增壓器供油，造成增壓器缺油損壞，甚至燒壞整個增壓器。
① After the engine is started, it should run at idle speed for 3-5 minutes. Do not load it immediately to ensure the good lubrication of the supercharger. The main reason is that the supercharger is located on the top of the engine. ②怠速時間不宜過長，一般不超過10分鐘，怠速時間過長容易造成壓氣機端漏油。

③停車前不要立即關(guān)閉發(fā)動機，應(yīng)怠速3-5分鐘，以使增壓器轉(zhuǎn)速和排氣系統(tǒng)的溫度降下來，防止發(fā)生回?zé)?mdash;機油結(jié)焦—軸承燒損等故障。經(jīng)常性的不正確使用會使增壓器損壞。
③ Do not shut down the engine immediately before stopping. Idle for 3-5 minutes to reduce the speed of the supercharger and the temperature of the exhaust system, and prevent the failure of heat regeneration - oil coking - bearing burning. Frequent incorrect use will damage the supercharger.
④長期未使用的發(fā)動機（一般超過7天），或新?lián)Q增壓器的發(fā)動機，在使用前應(yīng)在增壓器的進油口加注機油，否則會因潤滑不良降低壽命或損壞增壓器。

⑥保證空氣濾清器清潔，并按要求定期更換。

⑧定期檢查增壓器軸的徑向軸向間隙，軸向間隙應(yīng)不大于0.15毫米，徑向間隙為：葉輪與壓殼的間隙不小于0.10毫米，否則應(yīng)請專門的人員維修，以免擴大損失。
⑧ Regularly check the radial and axial clearance of the supercharger shaft. The axial clearance should not be greater than 0.15 mm. The radial clearance is: the clearance between the impeller and the pressure housing should not be less than 0.10 mm. Otherwise, special personnel should be invited for maintenance to avoid expanding the loss.
