底基層混合料拌合
Mixing of subbase mixture
根據(jù)批復的濟南水穩(wěn)砼底基層配合比確定各種材料的比例，采用拌合機進行拌合。拌合前先檢測場內(nèi)各規(guī)格集料的含水率，并計算當天的施工配合比，實際生產(chǎn)配合比的拌和含水率應較佳含水率大于0.5%～1%，以補償攤鋪及碾壓過程中的水分損失。

運輸采用大噸位自卸汽車，汽車的尾部尺寸符合攤鋪機喂料斗的要求，運輸能力要與拌合樓產(chǎn)量和現(xiàn)場攤鋪能力相匹配。運輸車輛在裝料時應派專人指揮前后移動，先裝前部，再裝后部，后再裝中間，防止出現(xiàn)混合料離析現(xiàn)象。

The transportation capacity shall match the production of the mixing plant and the on-site paving capacity. 車輛按規(guī)定線路行駛，不得在養(yǎng)生期間的鋪筑層行使，車輛行走速度不宜太快，保證運輸安全?；旌狭弦M快運至鋪裝現(xiàn)場，保證及時、連續(xù)和安全。車輛倒車時在攤鋪機前30cm處停住，卸料時掛空擋，注意不要撞擊攤鋪機，不要把料卸在攤鋪機外面。
