（1）鏟刀板磨損后，由于其厚度減少，當(dāng)更換斗齒時(shí)，斗齒后端上下部分與鏟刀板之間存在的間隙較大，兩者之間僅依靠斗齒螺栓進(jìn)行固定，則裝載機(jī)工作一段時(shí)間后，由于斗齒頻繁承受物料的沖擊，導(dǎo)致斗齒固定螺栓松動(dòng)，進(jìn)而造成斗齒及鏟刀板磨損加劇，終導(dǎo)致鏟斗無(wú)法正常使用。
