瀝青料路面縱向接縫不良的問題預(yù)防

瀝青料路面接縫不良，會導(dǎo)致兩側(cè)標(biāo)高不一，路面傾斜，在行車作用Ｆ，易發(fā)生顛簸或造成瀝青料松散。如伴隨壓實(shí)不足，在重交通作用下，易造成接縫處表層過度磨損，且不良的接縫易透水，水分經(jīng)接縫下滲，這會給路基、路面造成更大的破壞。

１、造成縱縫不良的基本原因
1. The basic reasons for poor longitudinal joints
（１）冷接縫施Ｔ工藝不規(guī)范：半幅施工不能采用熱接縫時(shí)易架設(shè)擋板或采用切片切齊。鋪另半幅前必須將縫邊緣清掃干凈，并涂抹少量粘層瀝青。攤鋪時(shí)應(yīng)重疊在鋪層上５～ｌＯｃｍ，攤鋪后用人下將攤鋪在前半幅上面的混合料鏟走，然后再進(jìn)行碾壓，應(yīng)注意新攤鋪帶必須和前一條攤鋪帶松鋪厚度相同；否則，易造成新舊攤鋪車道不正確的重疊，重疊太多發(fā)生隆起，重疊太少就會低于先攤鋪的面層的標(biāo)高；
(1) The cold joint construction process is not standardized: when half width construction cannot use hot joints, it is easy to install baffles or use slicing to cut evenly. Before laying the other half, the edge of the joint must be cleaned and a small amount of adhesive layer asphalt must be applied. When paving, it should overlap the paving layer by 5-lOcm. It should be noted that the new paving strip must have the same loose paving thickness as the previous one; Otherwise, it is easy to cause incorrect overlap between the new and old paving lanes. If there is too much overlap, it will cause uplift, and if there is too little overlap, it will be lower than the elevation of the first paving surface layer;
（２）熱接縫施Ｔ工藝不規(guī)范：熱接縫施丁一般是在使用兩臺以上攤鋪機(jī)前后錯(cuò)開１０—２０米成梯隊(duì)作業(yè)。此時(shí)兩條比鄰攤鋪帶的混合料還處于樂實(shí)前的熱狀態(tài)，所以縱向接縫易于處理，且連接強(qiáng)度較好。施ＬＴ時(shí)應(yīng)將以攤鋪的混合料部分留下１０～２０ｃｍ寬，暫不碾壓，作為后攤鋪部分的高層基準(zhǔn)面，待后攤鋪部分完成后。一起碾壓（跨縫碾壓）；否則壓實(shí)設(shè)備在接縫冷的一側(cè)壓槎太多，或是碾壓時(shí)瀝青混合料溫度不夠，這造成接縫處碾壓不實(shí)；
(2) The hot joint construction process is not standardized: Hot joint construction is generally carried out in a staggered manner of 10-20 meters before and after using two or more pavers. At this point, the mixture of the two adjacent paving belts is still in the hot state before Le Shi, so the longitudinal joint is easy to handle and the connection strength is good. （３）冷、熱接縫施－Ｔ項(xiàng)目部技術(shù)交底不全面或沒有針對性，施工人員技術(shù)不熟練，如耙平施工方式不對，造成縱縫不是隆起，就是溝槽或傾斜；此外，不良的縱縫的形成與攤鋪機(jī)機(jī)架人員的操作水平及攤鋪機(jī)工作性能有關(guān)，如進(jìn)口非接觸式找平系統(tǒng)的攤鋪機(jī)比滑靴和走鋼絲繩的平整度要好，還與熨平板前方推帶的混合料重量的變化，進(jìn)料器或或螺旋攤鋪器是否超載等有關(guān)。
(3) Cold and hot joint construction - The technical disclosure of the T project department is not comprehensive or targeted, and the construction personnel are not proficient in technology. If the raking construction method is not correct, the longitudinal joint is either raised, grooved or inclined; In addition, the formation of poor longitudinal joints is related to the operational level of the paver frame personnel and the working performance of the paver. For example, the flatness of the imported non-contact leveling system paver is better than that of the sliding shoe and steel wire rope, and it is also related to changes in the weight of the mixture pushed in front of the iron plate, whether the feeder or spiral paver is overloaded, and so on.

嚴(yán)禁使用不帶平衡梁或沒有聲納控制的攤鋪機(jī)攤鋪，必須使用性能良好進(jìn)口攤鋪機(jī)攤鋪；嚴(yán)格控制底基層和基層標(biāo)高、橫坡度、平整度等指標(biāo)，其合格率不低于９５％。
