瀝青混凝土路面現(xiàn)場熱再生

The on-site thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement refers to the 100% completion of the original asphalt pavement regeneration on site. 瀝青路面的老化主要是其瀝青中輕質(zhì)組分減少，石料的少量損失，瀝青路面就地?zé)嵩偕ㄟ^添加再生劑調(diào)節(jié)舊瀝青路面中老化瀝青的化學(xué)組分，來恢復(fù)老化瀝青的性能，同時補(bǔ)充少量新拌瀝青混合料來調(diào)整原有瀝青混合料級配，以達(dá)到瀝青路面再生效果。
The aging of asphalt pavement is mainly due to the reduction of lightweight components in its asphalt and a small amount of loss of stone materials. The thermal regeneration of asphalt pavement is achieved by adding regenerants to adjust the chemical components of aging asphalt in the old asphalt pavement, in order to restore the performance of aging asphalt. At the same time, a small amount of fresh asphalt mixture is added to adjust the grading of the original asphalt mixture, in order to achieve the effect of asphalt pavement regeneration.

Add new asphalt mixture and recycling agent in proportion as needed. Usually, new asphalt mixtures are controlled within 30% of the quality of recycled mixtures. The addition rate of various materials is determined based on the performance analysis of the original asphalt pavement and its laboratory mix design, and in accordance with the corresponding mixture specifications.
依據(jù)所使用的工藝可將現(xiàn)場熱再生細(xì)分為三種，即耙松整形再生、重鋪再生和復(fù)拌再生。
According to the process used, on-site thermal regeneration can be divided into three types, namely raking and shaping regeneration, re laying regeneration, and re mixing regeneration.
耙松整形再生：先用加熱設(shè)備把瀝青路面烤熱軟化，然后用設(shè)備本身自帶的耙松裝置將路面耙松整形，同時添加再生劑，然后用壓路機(jī)碾實(shí) 。
Raking and shaping regeneration: First, use heating equipment to heat and soften the asphalt pavement, and then use the equipment's own loosening device to loosen and shape the pavement. At the same time, add regeneration agent, and then use a roller to compact it.
重鋪再生：先用加熱設(shè)備把瀝青路面烤熱軟化，接著銑刨舊瀝青層，不同的是將銑刨下來的瀝青料直接進(jìn)行攤鋪，緊接著在其上面再攤鋪一層新的瀝青混合料，然后用壓路機(jī)碾實(shí)。
Re paving and regeneration: First, use heating equipment to heat and soften the asphalt pavement, then mill the old asphalt layer. The difference is that the milled asphalt material is directly spread, and then a new layer of asphalt mixture is laid on top of it, and then compacted with a roller.
、復(fù)拌再生：先用加熱設(shè)備把瀝青路面烤熱軟化，再用銑刨機(jī)銑刨舊瀝青層，然后按一定比例添加再生劑再添加用來調(diào)整集配的新料，攪拌后將混合料收集排放到攤鋪機(jī)上進(jìn)行攤鋪，最后用壓路機(jī)碾實(shí)。
Re mixing and regeneration: First, use heating equipment to heat and soften the asphalt pavement, then use a milling machine to mill the old asphalt layer, and then add a certain proportion of regeneration agent before adding new materials for adjusting the mixing.
