滄黃高速公路選用煤油稀釋90號瀝青作為透層材料，有關(guān)技術(shù)指標(biāo)符合道路用液體石油瀝青AL(M)一2標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
The Canghuang Expressway uses kerosene diluted 90 # asphalt as the prime coat material, and the relevant technical indicators meet the requirements of the AL (M) -2 standard for liquid petroleum asphalt for road use.
依據(jù)常識，煤油用量越大，滲透效果越好，但是瀝青含量低，就滿足不了透層對基層固結(jié)、穩(wěn)定、聯(lián)結(jié)、防水的作用要求，所以合格的產(chǎn)品必須同時符合滲透和粘度要求。
According to common sense, the larger the amount of kerosene used, the better the permeability effect. However, if the asphalt content is low, it cannot meet the requirements for the consolidation, stability, connection, and waterproofing of the base layer. Therefore, qualified products must meet both permeability and viscosity requirements.
在生產(chǎn)煤油稀釋瀝青時粘度要求不小于規(guī)范要求的最小值，經(jīng)過反復(fù)的試配，結(jié)合灑布效果確定配合比為，瀝青：煤油=58：42(重量比)。
When producing kerosene diluted asphalt, the viscosity requirement is not less than the minimum value required by the specification. After repeated trial mixes and combined with the distribution effect, the mix ratio is determined as: asphalt: kerosene=58:42 (weight ratio).

由于煤油極易溶解瀝青，以往經(jīng)驗(yàn)是根據(jù)配合比將瀝青加入煤油中人工進(jìn)行攪拌，但是這樣煤油與瀝青不能充分融合，容易分離。
Due to the high solubility of kerosene in asphalt, previous experience has shown that asphalt is manually mixed with kerosene based on the mix ratio. However, in this way, kerosene and asphalt cannot fully blend and are easily separated.
基于這種情況，我們加工制作了煤油稀釋瀝青攪拌罐，為了防止瀝青溫度過高造成煤油極度揮發(fā)，將瀝青溫度加熱至120C，瀝青與煤油用量通過流量計(jì)控制。
Based on this situation, we have processed and produced a kerosene diluted asphalt mixing tank. In order to prevent excessive evaporation of kerosene caused by high asphalt temperature, the asphalt temperature is heated to 120C, and the amount of asphalt and kerosene is controlled through a flow meter.
按配合比加入瀝青和煤油后，在攪拌罐中攪拌30min后將成品打入瀝青灑布車。為了防止煤油與瀝青分離，當(dāng)天生產(chǎn)的成品液體瀝青最好當(dāng)天用完。
After adding asphalt and kerosene according to the mix ratio, mix for 30 minutes in a mixing tank and then pour the finished product into the asphalt distributor truck. To prevent the separation of kerosene and asphalt, it is best to use up the finished liquid asphalt produced on the same day.

灑布前，人工對基層要做一次徹底的清掃，將基層表面的雜物、浮塵清除干凈，如有泥土?xí)r，則采用水車沖洗。對于水泥碎石基層表面粗糙，掃帚清掃不徹底，則采用風(fēng)力滅火器將其吹凈。
Before spraying, a thorough manual cleaning of the base layer should be carried out to remove debris and floating dust from the surface of the base layer. If the surface of the cement crushed stone base is rough and the broom cleaning is not thorough, use a wind fire extinguisher to blow it clean.
基層清掃完成后，經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)驗(yàn)收合格，用灑水車向基層灑適量的水濕潤，以便煤油稀釋瀝青更好地滲入基層。煤油稀釋瀝青灑布采用智能瀝青灑布車作業(yè)，車中的微電腦能夠準(zhǔn)確地控制煤油稀釋瀝青的灑布量。

瀝青灑布車以8km／h的速度勻速行駛，灑布作業(yè)前將數(shù)值輸入電腦，灑布作業(yè)時，電腦即可自動控制。對于加寬路面、橋頭等機(jī)械施工不便的部位，用該車配備的手動噴灑槍進(jìn)行噴灑。灑布橋面前用油氈將護(hù)欄等部位覆蓋，防止污染。

煤油稀釋瀝青灑布量控制在既能達(dá)到滲透效果叉不至在表面形成油膜為宜，灑布前需對基層表面做細(xì)致觀察，確定灑布量，防止灑布量過多出現(xiàn)流淌或?yàn)⒉剂坎蛔愠霈F(xiàn)花白現(xiàn)象，盡量做到不補(bǔ)灑。

根據(jù)試配產(chǎn)品合格的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，結(jié)合乳液罐的容積，計(jì)算出需要加入的乳化劑、丁苯膠乳(陽離子)的數(shù)量。

當(dāng)乳液罐中水的溫度達(dá)N6o C時，先將乳化劑加入，通過攪拌器將乳化劑充分溶解后再加入丁苯膠乳。
When the temperature of water in the lotion tank reaches N6o C, the emulsifier is added first, and the emulsifier is fully dissolved through the mixer before adding styrene butadiene latex.
所用70號重交瀝青加熱溫度不宜太高，一般加熱溫度達(dá)到130 C后即可生產(chǎn)，瀝青、乳液的用量通過乳化設(shè)備的計(jì)量器控制，乳液和瀝青經(jīng)過膠體磨研磨后生產(chǎn)出的液體即為SBR改型乳化瀝青。

生產(chǎn)的改性乳化瀝青最好當(dāng)天用完，因特殊情況沒有用完的乳化瀝青在儲存罐中存放時，要不間斷地煤油稀釋瀝青作業(yè)時要根據(jù)天氣情況作業(yè)，遇大風(fēng)、降雨、路面潮濕時不得進(jìn)行灑布作業(yè)。

When continuously diluting the asphalt with kerosene, the operation should be carried out according to the weather conditions. 透層施工完成后封閉交通24 h以后可進(jìn)行瀝青混凝土下面層的鋪裝，如果不能及時施工，派專人對施工的段落進(jìn)行看護(hù)，并設(shè)置醒目的標(biāo)志，禁止非施工車輛通行，避免造成污染。
After the completion of the prime coat construction and the closure of traffic for 24 hours, the paving of the asphalt concrete lower layer can be carried out. If the construction cannot be carried out in a timely manner, a dedicated person should be assigned to guard the construction section and set up eye-catching signs.
