高級公路面層在施工前應(yīng)鋪筑試驗(yàn)段。試驗(yàn)段的長度應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康拇_定，宜為100~200M。試驗(yàn)段宜在直線上鋪筑。

在試驗(yàn)段的鋪筑過程中，應(yīng)認(rèn)真做好記錄分析，直接取得一手施工資料。在正式路段上施工時(shí)，要按照試驗(yàn)段施工時(shí)所取得的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行施工。

運(yùn)輸：混合料的運(yùn)輸采用較大噸位的自卸汽車運(yùn)輸。從拌和機(jī)向運(yùn)料車上放料時(shí)，應(yīng)每卸一斗混合料挪動一下汽車位置，以減少粗細(xì)集料的離析現(xiàn)象。運(yùn)輸過程中注意加蓋蓬布，用以保溫、防雨、防污染。瀝青混合料運(yùn)輸車的用量應(yīng)較拌和能力或攤鋪速度有所富余，保證攤鋪機(jī)連續(xù)不間斷攤鋪。注意卸料與攤鋪機(jī)之間的距離，防止碰撞攤鋪機(jī)或倒在攤鋪機(jī)外，引起攤鋪不均勻，影響路面的平整度。

攤鋪：在合格的基層上按規(guī)定撒布透層、粘層、鋪筑下封層后，可進(jìn)行混合料的攤鋪。首先進(jìn)行施工放樣。準(zhǔn)確的施工放樣避免基準(zhǔn)鋼線的重度影響，其鋼支柱縱向間距不宜過大，一般5~10米并用緊線器拉緊。同時(shí)要加強(qiáng)監(jiān)視，防止現(xiàn)場人員擾動，造成攤鋪面的波動。攤鋪前，還要及時(shí)進(jìn)行立柱、橫坡度、厚度等項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)處理。

攤鋪機(jī)攤鋪速度勻速行使不間斷，借以減少波浪和施工縫，試驗(yàn)人員隨時(shí)檢測成品料的配比和瀝青含量，及時(shí)反饋拌和廠，及時(shí)調(diào)整。設(shè)專人消除粗細(xì)集料離析現(xiàn)象，如發(fā)現(xiàn)粗集料窩應(yīng)予鏟除，并用新料填補(bǔ)。此項(xiàng)工作必須在碾壓之前進(jìn)行，嚴(yán)禁用薄層貼補(bǔ)法找平，以免貼補(bǔ)層在使用過程中脫落壓碎，引起面層推移破裂。

碾壓：保證路面達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的密實(shí)度和良好的平整度，是瀝青路面攤鋪碾壓階段的主要工作目標(biāo)。達(dá)到此目的關(guān)鍵是要使瀝青混合料在適當(dāng)?shù)臏囟认聦?shí)施碾壓。尤其是初壓階段，應(yīng)盡量在規(guī)范要求的溫度范圍內(nèi)的較高溫度下短時(shí)間完成。這就要求在施工組織上拌和機(jī)和攤鋪機(jī)在單位時(shí)間內(nèi)的工作量必須匹配，即拌和量略大于攤鋪量,使混合料鋪筑在緩慢、均勻、連續(xù)不斷的條件下進(jìn)行，并作到邊鋪邊壓。
