一、瀝青面層離析

1、 Segregation of asphalt surface

1、混合料集料公稱大粒徑與鋪筑面層厚度之間比例不匹配；

1. The proportion between the nominal large particle size of the aggregate and the thickness of the paving surface layer is not matched;

2、瀝青混合料級配不佳；

2. Poor gradation of asphalt mixture;

3、混合料拌和不均勻，裝卸、運輸、攤鋪過程中發(fā)生離析；

4、攤鋪機工作狀態(tài)不佳。

1、適當選擇小一級集料公稱大粒徑的瀝青混合料，以與面層厚度相適應。

2、適當調(diào)整生產(chǎn)配合比礦料級配，使稍粗集料接近級配范圍上限，較細集料接近級配范圍下限；

3、運料裝料時應至少分三次裝料，避免形成一個錐體使粗料滾落錐底；

4、基層標高超標。
