半柔性路面的施工主要是母體瀝青混合料面層的鋪筑和水泥砂漿灌注是兩個主要的階段。因為由于半柔性路面的設(shè)計要求和設(shè)計方法跟一般瀝青路面的不一樣，而且其中涉及到水泥砂漿的灌注這一道工序，所以半柔性路面的施工方法也跟一般瀝青路面的施工方法較為不同。

多孔的母體瀝青混合料路面的施工過程應(yīng)該包括以下五個方面：

1、多孔母體瀝青混合料的拌制、運輸、攤鋪和壓實;

多孔母體瀝青混合料鋪設(shè)的質(zhì)量，將直接影響到半柔性路面的使用性能，因此，在鋪設(shè)時應(yīng)該特別注意平整度等方面的質(zhì)量管理。另外，為了防止灌入的水泥砂漿滲透到多母體瀝青混合料鋪裝層以下的基層內(nèi)，在鋪設(shè)前一定要認真的檢查基層的密實情況，必要的時候可加設(shè)隔離層。

在進行加水之前應(yīng)該先將其它的材料拌和1～2min直至均勻，再加水拌和2～3min，攪拌直至材料均勻且一致，即可制作成水泥砂漿。如果要求達到某種景觀的效果，可以與礦粉一起加入一定成份的顏料(色粉)進行拌和(在一些功能鋪裝中經(jīng)常采用這個辦法為路面著色，形成彩色路面)。

也可在水泥漿體灌注完畢后，待初凝后將表面清理干凈，將緩凝劑噴灑在路表面上，后在內(nèi)部水泥漿體終凝以前將表面的水泥漿用水沖洗干凈，這樣即可以保證下層水泥漿體的強度，又能保證路表面色澤的均勻性。但是在此之前，禁止人員與車輛通行。

對滲透漿料要進行一定時間的養(yǎng)生。當(dāng)施工的氣溫在30℃以下時，則不需要特殊的養(yǎng)生方式;而施工的氣溫在30℃以上時，則有必要使用塑料薄膜來進行養(yǎng)生。養(yǎng)生時間應(yīng)該根據(jù)漿料的性質(zhì)而不同，通常在2～3d后便可開放交通，如果在砂漿中使用早強水泥或摻加早強劑，則可能在數(shù)小時后開放交通。待漿料硬化后即可開放交通。
