攤鋪機(jī)出租使用后的故障排除

1、液壓油過熱
1. Hydraulic oil overheating
攤鋪機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)的油溫過高會使油液黏度降低，泄漏量增加，所潤滑部位的油膜破壞，使部件的磨損加??；同時，高溫還會使橡膠等材料制成的密封墊過早老化而損壞。因此，控制適宜的油溫非常重要。當(dāng)油溫過高時，必須停機(jī)檢查，一般可從以下幾個方面著手：
If the oil temperature of the hydraulic system of the paver is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, the leakage will increase, and the oil film in the lubricated parts will be damaged, leading to increased wear of the components; At the same time, high temperatures can also cause premature aging and damage to sealing gaskets made of rubber and other materials. Therefore, controlling the appropriate oil temperature is very important. When the oil temperature is too high, it is necessary to stop the machine for inspection, which can generally be started from the following aspects:
（1）檢查油箱液面是否過低。經(jīng)驗表明，油溫高往往是因為油箱缺油所致，故缺油時應(yīng)及時補(bǔ)充。
(1) Check if the oil tank level is too low. Experience has shown that high oil temperature is often caused by a shortage of oil in the fuel tank, so timely replenishment should be made when there is a shortage of oil.
（2）液壓油濾芯及回路是否堵塞。
(2) Check if the hydraulic oil filter element and circuit are blocked.
（3）散熱器是否正常。散熱器如黏附了大量的灰塵，可導(dǎo)致散熱不良，使油溫升高。由于攤鋪機(jī)工作環(huán)境灰塵較多，因此對散熱器應(yīng)及時清理．
(3) Check whether the radiator is normal. If a large amount of dust is adhered to the radiator, it can cause poor heat dissipation and increase the oil temperature. Due to the high dust content in the working environment of the paver, the radiator should be cleaned in a timely manner
（4）液壓油質(zhì)量是否合格。若加入的油質(zhì)量不合格，也會造成系統(tǒng)油溫過高。
(4) Is the quality of hydraulic oil qualified. If the quality of the added oil is not up to standard, it can also cause the system oil temperature to be too high.
另外，液壓系統(tǒng)在缺油時工作，容易造成泵和馬達(dá)損壞，因此缺油故障排除后還要檢查泵和馬達(dá)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)，必要時更換泵和馬達(dá)的已損部件。

2、螺旋布料器不工作

攤鋪機(jī)有時會發(fā)生左、右布料器不工作的情況，原因一般為補(bǔ)油系統(tǒng)有故障。引起補(bǔ)油系統(tǒng)壓力偏低的原因有：補(bǔ)油泵進(jìn)油道不暢；補(bǔ)油泵溢流閥壓力偏低；補(bǔ)油泵本身故障；液壓馬達(dá)嚴(yán)重泄漏。一般應(yīng)重點(diǎn)檢查補(bǔ)油泵及其溢流閥。
Sometimes, the paver may experience left and right spreaders not working, usually due to a malfunction in the oil replenishment system. The reasons for the low pressure in the refueling system are: the inlet passage of the refueling pump is not smooth; The pressure of the overflow valve of the makeup oil pump is low; The oil replenishment pump itself is faulty; The hydraulic motor has severe leakage. Generally, the focus should be on inspecting the makeup oil pump and its overflow valve.
