路面灌縫的施工方式技巧介紹

裂縫是路面常見病害之一，裂縫形成后若不及時(shí)處理，雨水將通過裂縫進(jìn)入面層和基層，在行車荷載的作用下形成動(dòng)水對結(jié)構(gòu)層造成沖刷，產(chǎn)生唧漿或基層松散等水損害，最終導(dǎo)致路面產(chǎn)生龜裂、坑槽等病害。
Cracks are one of the common diseases on road surfaces. If not treated in a timely manner after the formation of cracks, rainwater will enter the surface layer and base layer through the cracks. Under the action of driving loads, dynamic water will form and cause erosion on the structural layer, resulting in water damage such as slurry pumping or loose base layer, ultimately leading to cracks, potholes, and other diseases on the road surface.
灌縫是處理裂縫的常用方法之一。灌縫是一種有效的預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)措施，灌縫的目的就是防水。
Grouting is one of the commonly used methods for treating cracks. Grouting is an effective preventive maintenance measure, with the purpose of waterproofing.
灌縫可延長瀝青路面的使用壽命，且施工費(fèi)用較低，僅為挖補(bǔ)路面費(fèi)用的1/6。因此路面灌縫機(jī)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。
Filling joints can extend the service life of asphalt pavement, and the construction cost is relatively low, only 1/6 of the cost of repairing the pavement. Therefore, road joint filling machines have been widely used.
春季是灌縫施工的黃金季節(jié)，它減少了熱漲冷縮對路面裂縫的影響。同時(shí)溫度變化小，氣候溫和對灌縫料的高溫穩(wěn)定性影響較小。
Spring is the golden season for joint grouting construction, which reduces the impact of thermal expansion and contraction on road cracks. At the same time, the temperature change is small, and the mild climate has little impact on the high-temperature stability of the grouting material.
灌縫所需要的材料也有特殊要求。灌縫膠要與縫壁粘結(jié)能力強(qiáng)，高溫時(shí)不粘輪，低溫時(shí)不脆裂，耐久性好。
There are also special requirements for the materials required for joint filling. The joint sealant should have strong adhesion to the joint wall, not stick to the wheel at high temperatures, and not brittle at low temperatures, with good durability.

開槽按照裂縫標(biāo)示，調(diào)整好開槽機(jī)的開槽寬度和深度，對準(zhǔn)裂縫的中線切割出均勻的U型凹槽n，開槽深寬比不應(yīng)超過2:1，開槽至少1厘米寬，1.2厘米深。
According to the crack marking, adjust the slot width and depth of the slot machine, align it with the centerline of the crack, and cut a uniform U-shaped groove n. The depth to width ratio of the slot should not exceed 2:1, and the slot should be at least 1 cm wide and 1.2 cm deep.

清理裂縫時(shí)為保證灌縫膠與縫壁間粘結(jié)牢固，多采用壓縮空氣法和鋼絲刷法清理裂縫。
When cleaning cracks, compressed air method and wire brush method are often used to ensure the firm adhesion between the sealant and the joint wall.
在灌縫時(shí)，為了防止車輪粘起灌縫膠，有時(shí)在灌入灌縫膠后還要在其上撒上砂子。
When filling the joint, in order to prevent the wheel from sticking the joint sealant, sometimes sand is also sprinkled on it after pouring the joint sealant.
對裂縫灌填完成后，根據(jù)氣溫情況，冷卻10-20min后開放交通。
After filling the cracks, cool down for 10-20 minutes according to the temperature and open up traffic.
灌縫注意事項(xiàng)：
Cautions for joint filling:
一、施工溫度：施工溫度是造成密封膠脫落的原因之一。路面潮濕和溫度低于4℃就會(huì)降低密封膠的粘結(jié)力，容易脫落。
1、 Construction temperature: Construction temperature is one of the reasons for sealant detachment. Wet road surfaces and temperatures below 4 ℃ can reduce the adhesive strength of the sealant, making it easy to peel off.
路面整體溫度較低，密封膠灌縫后，溫度下降較快，密封膠收縮明顯，密封膠與槽壁之間溫度應(yīng)力較大，將降低密封膠與路面的粘結(jié)力。
The overall temperature of the road surface is relatively low. After the sealant is poured into the joint, the temperature drops quickly, and the sealant shrinks significantly. The temperature stress between the sealant and the groove wall is relatively high, which will reduce the bonding force between the sealant and the road surface.
二、裂縫濕度：灌縫時(shí)路面應(yīng)干燥，如潮濕會(huì)降低密封膠與路面的粘結(jié)力，造成部分密封膠脫落。
2、 Crack humidity: When filling cracks, the road surface should be dry. If it is damp, it will reduce the bonding force between the sealant and the road surface, causing some of the sealant to fall off.
三、保持清潔：灌縫前，用空壓機(jī)將開過槽后的裂縫中的灰塵雜物及周邊松動(dòng)的物體清除干凈，保持裂縫的清潔。
3、 Maintain cleanliness: Before filling the crack, use an air compressor to clean the dust, debris, and loose objects around the crack after the slot has been opened, and maintain the cleanliness of the crack.
四、灌縫范圍：車轍嚴(yán)重，尤其是形成網(wǎng)裂的路面，不宜用此方法處理裂縫。
4、 Crack filling range: Severe rutting, especially on road surfaces that form mesh cracks, should not be treated with this method.
