是以級配碎石作骨料，采用一定數(shù)量的膠凝材料和足夠的灰漿體積填充骨料的空隙，按嵌擠原理攤鋪壓實。一般的叫法是按水泥配比來定義，是一種路基結(jié)構(gòu)材料。

優(yōu)點：

Advantages:

1、 初期強度高，且強度隨齡期而增加很快結(jié)成板體，因而具有較高的強度。泥穩(wěn)定碎石水泥用量一般為混合料3%~6%，7天的無側(cè)限抗壓強度可達5.0Mpa，較其他路基材料高。

1. The initial strength is high, and the strength increases with age and quickly forms into a plate, thus having high strength. The dosage of mud stabilized crushed stone cement is generally 3%~6% of the mixture, and the unconfined compressive strength after 7 days can reach 5.0Mpa, which is higher than other roadbed materials.

2、抗?jié)B度和抗凍性較好。水水泥穩(wěn)定碎石成活后遇雨不泥濘，表面堅實，是高級路面的理想基層材料。

組成：

Composition:

主要由粒料和灰漿體積組成。粒料為級配碎石，灰漿體積包括水和膠凝材料，膠凝材料由水泥和混合材料組成。

Mainly composed of granular materials and mortar volume. The granular material is graded crushed stone, and the mortar volume includes water and cementitious materials. The cementitious materials are composed of cement and mixed materials.

水泥：普通硅酸鹽水泥、礦渣硅酸鹽水泥和火山灰質(zhì)硅酸鹽水泥均可，宜選用 PC32.5 號復合硅酸鹽水泥，強度應(yīng)達到設(shè)計要求。水泥的初凝時間不小于3h，終凝時間不小于 6h。不得使用快硬水泥、早強水泥以及已受潮變質(zhì)的水泥。

Cement: Ordinary Portland cement, slag Portland cement, and volcanic ash Portland cement can all be used. It is recommended to choose PC32.5 composite Portland cement, and the strength should meet the design requirements. The initial setting time of cement shall not be less than 3 hours, and the final setting time shall not be less than 6 hours. Fast hardening cement, early strength cement, and cement that has been damp and deteriorated shall not be used.

混合材料：分活性和非活性兩大類。活性材料是指粉煤灰等物質(zhì)，可與水泥中析出的氧化鈣作用。非活性材料是指不具有活性或活性甚低的人工或天然的礦物材料，對這類材料的品質(zhì)要求是材料的細度和不含有害的成分。

Mixed materials: divided into two categories: active and inactive. Active materials refer to substances such as fly ash that can react with the precipitated calcium oxide in cement. Non active materials refer to artificial or natural mineral materials that are not active or have very low activity. The quality requirements for such materials are the fineness of the material and the absence of harmful components.

水質(zhì)：通常適合于飲用的水，均可拌制和養(yǎng)護水泥穩(wěn)定碎石。如對水質(zhì)有疑問，要確定水中是否有對水泥強度發(fā)展有重大影響的物質(zhì)時，需要進行試驗。

Water quality: Usually suitable for drinking, it can be mixed and cured with cement stabilized crushed stone. If there are doubts about water quality, it is necessary to conduct tests to determine whether there are substances in the water that have a significant impact on the development of cement strength.

集料：有碎石、砂子。集料的大粒徑不應(yīng)超過 31.5mm，集料的顆粒組成應(yīng)符合表 6-18 規(guī)定，集料中不應(yīng)含有泥土等雜物。集料壓碎值不大于 26%。

Aggregates: including crushed stones and sand. The large particle size of the aggregate should not exceed 31.5mm, and the particle composition of the aggregate should comply with the provisions of Table 6-18. The aggregate should not contain impurities such as soil. The crushing value of aggregate shall not exceed 26%.

一般情況下水泥穩(wěn)定碎石作業(yè)完成24小時后才可以砌沿石。養(yǎng)生時間不少于7天，這期間禁止車輛通行，每日灑水車灑水養(yǎng)護2~4遍，保持濕潤。

Under normal circumstances, cement stabilized crushed stone can only be laid along the stone after 24 hours of completion. The health preservation period shall not be less than 7 days, during which vehicle traffic is prohibited. Sprinklers shall sprinkle water for maintenance 2-4 times a day to keep it moist.
